HUB Evidence Analysis Framework
Teutonnia — Legal Framework

Eight documented violations identified within Teutonnic Leadership operations, classified with applicable United States federal law and platform policies.

This framework maps the documented misconduct of Teutonnia's leadership — led by Leutgard — against applicable legal statutes and platform terms of service. The evidence archive contains 1,217 files spanning cybercrime operations, institutional corruption, exploitation of developers and minors, and organized infiltration campaigns.

Each section below maps a violation classification to applicable federal statutes or platform policies, and provides direct links to the unmodified evidence found within this archive. The evidence is screenshot-based — unedited captures of Discord messages, server configurations, and operational communications. The archive speaks for itself.

Doxxing & OSINT Operations

Definition

The systematic collection and unauthorized disclosure of personal or sensitive information — including real names, addresses, license plates, VIN numbers, and social media accounts — without the consent of the individual and with intent to harass, intimidate, or harm. In Teutonnia's case, doxxing was conducted as an organized intelligence function through the Realm Intelligence Service (RIS) and Main Security Office (MSO), with Totenwald directly instructing operatives to compile lists of individuals qualified for cybercrime.

Applicable Law
Prohibits using electronic communications to engage in a course of conduct that places a person in reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury, or causes substantial emotional distress. Penalties: up to 5 years imprisonment; up to life if death results.
Criminalizes unauthorized access to computer systems and the misuse of electronically obtained information. Applies to OSINT operations that involve unauthorized data gathering or access to protected systems.
State Anti-Doxxing Statutes
Multiple U.S. states criminalize the publication of personally identifiable information with intent to harass or endanger. Notable examples include California Penal Code § 653.2 and Illinois Criminal Code § 12-7.5.

Cyberstalking & Harassment

Definition

Repeated harassment through electronic means involving a pattern of monitoring, contacting, or surveilling an individual without their consent. Teutonnia's leadership conducted sustained campaigns of harassment against individuals who challenged their authority, utilizing alt accounts, coordinated group chats, and intelligence agencies to track and pressure targets.

Applicable Law
Federal stalking statute covering electronic harassment, surveillance, and monitoring that causes reasonable fear or substantial emotional distress. Up to 5 years imprisonment.
Criminalizes using telecommunications devices to harass, annoy, or threaten any person. Extends to internet-based communications and electronic messaging platforms.
Discord Terms of Service & Community Guidelines
Prohibits harassment, threats, and coordinated abuse. Using alt accounts to circumvent bans or conduct surveillance violates platform terms.

Blackmail & Extortion

Definition

The use of threats or coercion to obtain compliance from individuals, including threats to expose personal information, revoke positions, or inflict social harm. The RIS under Nutharion and Volkwald compiled compromising information as leverage against Realmssecurityleader Codym04, anticipating their removal from power following a doxxing campaign they had orchestrated. This represents a calculated pattern of using information as a weapon of control.

Applicable Law
Criminalizes demanding or receiving anything of value by threatening to inform or withholding information about violations. Penalties: up to 1 year imprisonment.
Prohibits obtaining property or compliance through actual or threatened force, violence, or fear. Applies to digital coercion campaigns where compliance is extracted under threat of exposure or harm.

Exploitation of Minors

Definition

Conduct that targets, endangers, or exploits individuals under the age of 18, including inappropriate communications, grooming behavior, collection of personal information from minors, and failure to safeguard minors in positions of responsibility. Gottschaelk — the former Deputy Director of the Realm Security Office — was documented harassing a minor and making threats involving firearms while operating within the MSO. His entry was approved through Erathal and maintained by Leutgard despite known risks.

Applicable Law
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act establishes federal standards for the protection of children's personal information online. Restricts the collection of PII from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Criminalizes using interstate commerce (including internet communications) to knowingly persuade, induce, or entice a minor to engage in prohibited activity. Penalties: minimum 10 years imprisonment.
Roblox Community Standards
Roblox maintains strict child safety policies prohibiting predatory behavior, inappropriate contact with minors, and any conduct that endangers child users. Violations result in permanent platform bans and may be reported to law enforcement.

Espionage & Infiltration

Definition

The deliberate use of alternate accounts and false identities to infiltrate external communities for the purposes of intelligence gathering, sabotage, or subversion. Volkmar (also known as Thieszen, Armadilyr) and Kohnstantine (also known as Sideris, Nabariel) operated as dedicated infiltration agents, using alt accounts to embed themselves in rival organizations and report intelligence back to Teutonnia's command structure.

Applicable Law
Prohibits unauthorized access to computer systems and exceeding authorized access. Using false identities to gain access to private servers and communities may constitute unauthorized access under this statute.
Roblox Terms of Use § 4
Prohibits creating accounts with false information, using alt accounts to evade bans, and misrepresenting identity. Operating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes is a direct violation.
Discord Terms of Service § 3
Prohibits impersonation, deceptive practices, and using the service to harm others. Creating alt accounts to infiltrate and surveil communities violates these provisions.

Corruption & Power Abuse

Definition

The systematic abuse of administrative authority to protect allies, punish dissent, and suppress accountability. Leutgard was documented lying about connections to Arian, his prior approval of doxxing operations, and other matters during direct confrontation with Totenwald — actively manipulating leadership dynamics to maintain control. Whistleblowers like MichaelInvicta who attempted to bring transparency were met with retaliation rather than reform, while cybercriminals and predators within leadership were shielded.

Applicable Law
Roblox Community Standards
Roblox prohibits abuse of administrative systems, manipulation of moderation tools, and retaliatory actions against users who report misconduct. Groups that systematically violate community standards face dissolution.
Discord Terms of Service
Prohibits using Discord to organize harassment, coordinate retaliatory actions, or abuse server moderation tools. Server owners are responsible for maintaining compliance with community guidelines.
Prohibits intimidating, threatening, or retaliating against any person for providing truthful information to law enforcement or in proceedings. While primarily applicable to formal proceedings, the pattern of witness intimidation and evidence suppression reflects the conduct this statute addresses.

Harboring Cybercriminals, Predators & Degenerates

Definition

The knowing protection, harboring, or rehabilitation of individuals with documented histories of cybercrime, predatory behavior, or severe misconduct. Teutonnia's leadership deliberately shielded individuals like Ludwiegh and others with known track records, providing them positions within the government's security and intelligence apparatus rather than removing them. This institutional choice elevated dangerous individuals to positions where they could continue harmful behavior with organizational backing.

Applicable Law
Whoever, knowing that an offense has been committed, assists the offender to hinder or prevent their apprehension, trial, or punishment, is an accessory after the fact. Penalties: up to half the maximum penalty for the underlying offense.
Roblox Community Standards & Discord Terms of Service
Both platforms hold server operators responsible for maintaining safe communities. Knowingly permitting banned users to return via alt accounts or sheltering individuals with documented predatory behavior violates platform safety obligations.

Developer Exploitation

Definition

The systematic extraction of unpaid labor from developers through fraudulent programs, false promises of compensation, and organizational structures designed to exploit creative work. Teutonnia's "Stars Program" functioned as a development pipeline that extracted work from participants without delivering promised compensation. The Britannica project similarly leveraged developer labor under misleading pretenses. Wulfdrich's role as a degeneracy-tolerant figure further enabled an environment where exploitation was normalized.

Applicable Law
Criminalizes using electronic communications to execute a scheme to defraud or obtain property under false pretenses. Applies to promises of compensation made through Discord and other electronic platforms that were never intended to be fulfilled. Penalties: up to 20 years imprisonment.
Roblox Developer Program Policies
Roblox maintains policies against exploitative development practices and fraudulent compensation arrangements. Developers are entitled to fair treatment and transparent compensation agreements.
