Teutonnic Leadership Network
Executive Summary
Overview of Findings
The evidence archive documents a pattern of systemic misconduct within Teutonnia's leadership structure. At its center is Leutgard, whose administration enabled and directed cybercrime operations, harbored known bad actors, and systematically retaliated against those who attempted to bring accountability.
The findings span multiple domains: organized doxxing campaigns executed through intelligence agencies (RIS, MSO), deliberate infiltration by cybercriminals using alternate accounts, exploitation of developers through unpaid labor and fraudulent programs, and a culture of cover-ups that punished whistleblowers rather than perpetrators.

Power Structure
Leutgard operated as the apex of Teutonnia's power structure, with direct authority over all key operatives. He appointed Totenwald (also known as Vastehn, Vast, Arnefalk) as Realmsminister of the Interior, who in turn was tasked with recruiting individuals capable of performing cybercrime and intelligence operations. This chain ran directly through Arian (Liurven), who served as the primary cybercrime operative.
A parallel intelligence apparatus operated under the Realm Intelligence Service (RIS), where Nutharion and Volkwald (Spectrality) held the rank of Realmsdirector. This dual-track structure gave Leutgard deniability while maintaining operational control over both overt government functions and covert cybercrime activities.

Doxxing, OSINT & Blackmail
Arian (Liurven) functioned as Teutonnia's central cybercrime asset, operating with the knowledge and direction of senior leadership. Totenwald was documented directly instructing Arian to compile a roster of individuals qualified for various forms of cybercrime. Evidence places Totenwald in the osintbug Discord server, a tool repository specifically designed for gathering intelligence used in doxxing operations.
The RIS under Nutharion and Volkwald engaged in a separate campaign to blackmail then-Realmssecurityleader Codym04. Anticipating their removal from power following a doxxing campaign they had orchestrated, the pair compiled compromising information intended as leverage. Additionally, Taskforce C was established as an external operation to conduct admin abuses on behalf of the RIS.
Totenwald was further documented carrying out Leutgard's direct orders to look up license plates, VIN numbers, and other personally identifiable information, while simultaneously expressing public frustration about Teutonnia's reputation for doxxing. The Realm Security Archives server was established as a mimic of the old dox archive server previously owned by Ritterholm.

RIS, MSO & Institutional Failure
The Realm Intelligence Service operated as Teutonnia's primary intelligence agency, with Nutharion and Volkwald holding senior positions. Screenshots document internal chaos within the RIS: members engaged in coordinated deflection, feeding false information to leadership, and lying directly to the Ruler to stall accountability. Threats were issued against anyone who might disclose their doxxing operations.
The Main Security Office (MSO) was similarly compromised. Gottschaelk, the former Deputy Director of the Realm Security Office, was permitted entry into the MSO where he engaged in severe misconduct including forging evidence, doxxing, harassing a minor, and making threats involving firearms. His entry was approved through Erathal and maintained by Leutgard.
During confrontation between Leutgard and Vast (Totenwald), Leutgard was caught lying about his connections to Arian, his prior approval of doxxing operations, and other matters in an attempt to manipulate Vast into prolonging conflicts against Aleczaender.

Volkmar, Kohnstantine & Systematic Deception
Two individuals operated under multiple identities to infiltrate Teutonnia's security apparatus. Volkmar (aliases: Thavikan, Kranzhler) and Kohnstantine (aliases: Uniexty, Frahntz) were permitted entry into SIO and MSO through Erathal, with Leutgard subsequently approving their continued presence.
When MichaelInvicta confronted the presence of these alternate accounts, the implicated individuals attempted to cover their tracks by mass-removing friends and wiping friends lists. Volkmar and Kohnstantine actively worked to sour relations between Leutgard and MichaelInvicta. Evidence shows Leutgard referring to Volkmar and Kohnstantine as his "team," confirming his awareness of and collaboration with the infiltrators.
Following MichaelInvicta's confrontation, a top-secret operation was created within SIO specifically targeting him for doxxing, and he was subsequently removed from the organization. The pattern is clear: those who raised legitimate concerns about security threats were punished, while the threats themselves were protected.

Stars Program, Britannica & Unpaid Labor
Teutonnia's development operations reflected the same pattern of exploitation seen in its intelligence apparatus. The Stars Program, which was presented as a legitimate development initiative, involved embezzlement and failure to compensate developers for their work. Evidence documents systematic underpayment and cover-ups when contributors raised concerns.
The Britannica project demonstrated developer neglect, including the use of a fake liability agreement designed to shield leadership from accountability while placing burden on contributors. These practices created a pattern where individuals who contributed to Teutonnia's infrastructure received neither proper compensation nor legal protection.

Degeneracy, Violations & Cover-ups
Beyond organized cybercrime, the evidence reveals a broader culture of misconduct tolerated at every level. Wulfdrich maintained connections to ERP (erotic roleplay) accounts, wiping his friends list days after exposure. Totenwald was documented making racist remarks and participating in NSFW servers, in direct violation of the Online Interactions Decree and RD1.
Privacy violations extended to forcing users to share their screen in voice chat so their private messages could be read, a practice documented in the evidence archive. These incidents were not isolated but rather symptomatic of an institutional culture that treated personal boundaries and community standards as obstacles rather than obligations.

Systemic Failure
The evidence assembled in this archive documents not isolated incidents but a systemic pattern of misconduct directed from the highest levels of Teutonnia's leadership. Leutgard's administration created, maintained, and protected an apparatus that engaged in cybercrime, exploited contributors, harbored known bad actors, and retaliated against whistleblowers. The institutional structures that should have provided accountability instead became instruments of that misconduct.
