Eight documented violations identified within Teutonnic Leadership operations, classified with applicable United States federal law and platform policies.
This framework maps the documented misconduct of Teutonnia's leadership — led by Leutgard — against applicable legal statutes and platform terms of service. The evidence archive contains 1,217 files spanning cybercrime operations, institutional corruption, exploitation of developers and minors, and organized infiltration campaigns.
Each section below maps a violation classification to applicable federal statutes or platform policies, and provides direct links to the unmodified evidence found within this archive. The evidence is screenshot-based — unedited captures of Discord messages, server configurations, and operational communications. The archive speaks for itself.
Doxxing & OSINT Operations
The systematic collection and unauthorized disclosure of personal or sensitive information — including real names, addresses, license plates, VIN numbers, and social media accounts — without the consent of the individual and with intent to harass, intimidate, or harm. In Teutonnia's case, doxxing was conducted as an organized intelligence function through the Realm Intelligence Service (RIS) and Main Security Office (MSO), with Totenwald directly instructing operatives to compile lists of individuals qualified for cybercrime.
Cyberstalking & Harassment
Repeated harassment through electronic means involving a pattern of monitoring, contacting, or surveilling an individual without their consent. Teutonnia's leadership conducted sustained campaigns of harassment against individuals who challenged their authority, utilizing alt accounts, coordinated group chats, and intelligence agencies to track and pressure targets.
Blackmail & Extortion
The use of threats or coercion to obtain compliance from individuals, including threats to expose personal information, revoke positions, or inflict social harm. The RIS under Nutharion and Volkwald compiled compromising information as leverage against Realmssecurityleader Codym04, anticipating their removal from power following a doxxing campaign they had orchestrated. This represents a calculated pattern of using information as a weapon of control.
Exploitation of Minors
Conduct that targets, endangers, or exploits individuals under the age of 18, including inappropriate communications, grooming behavior, collection of personal information from minors, and failure to safeguard minors in positions of responsibility. Gottschaelk — the former Deputy Director of the Realm Security Office — was documented harassing a minor and making threats involving firearms while operating within the MSO. His entry was approved through Erathal and maintained by Leutgard despite known risks.
Espionage & Infiltration
The deliberate use of alternate accounts and false identities to infiltrate external communities for the purposes of intelligence gathering, sabotage, or subversion. Volkmar (also known as Thieszen, Armadilyr) and Kohnstantine (also known as Sideris, Nabariel) operated as dedicated infiltration agents, using alt accounts to embed themselves in rival organizations and report intelligence back to Teutonnia's command structure.
Corruption & Power Abuse
The systematic abuse of administrative authority to protect allies, punish dissent, and suppress accountability. Leutgard was documented lying about connections to Arian, his prior approval of doxxing operations, and other matters during direct confrontation with Totenwald — actively manipulating leadership dynamics to maintain control. Whistleblowers like MichaelInvicta who attempted to bring transparency were met with retaliation rather than reform, while cybercriminals and predators within leadership were shielded.
Harboring Cybercriminals, Predators & Degenerates
The knowing protection, harboring, or rehabilitation of individuals with documented histories of cybercrime, predatory behavior, or severe misconduct. Teutonnia's leadership deliberately shielded individuals like Ludwiegh and others with known track records, providing them positions within the government's security and intelligence apparatus rather than removing them. This institutional choice elevated dangerous individuals to positions where they could continue harmful behavior with organizational backing.
Developer Exploitation
The systematic extraction of unpaid labor from developers through fraudulent programs, false promises of compensation, and organizational structures designed to exploit creative work. Teutonnia's "Stars Program" functioned as a development pipeline that extracted work from participants without delivering promised compensation. The Britannica project similarly leveraged developer labor under misleading pretenses. Wulfdrich's role as a degeneracy-tolerant figure further enabled an environment where exploitation was normalized.
